Rising 6th through 12th Grades

 Registration for the 2008 season is now underway.  Registration forms are available at the Charleston Baptist Church office, or can be downloaded from the link below.

You can bring a completed and signed form along with the $45.00 registration fee to the church office Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm.  Forms will NOT be accepted without the proper signatures and fees.

After June 19th, there will be a &10.00 late fee.

Evaluations for 6th - 8th grade boys will be June 16th, 6-8pm.

Evaluations for all girls will be June 17th, 6-8pm.

Evaluations for 9th - 12th grade boys will be June 19th, 6-8pm.
