JACK MOORE, Pastor
Pastor Jack has been the pastor of Charleston Baptist Church since 1989. He has pastored churches in Louisiana, Noth Carolina, and South Carolina. He is a graduate of Anderson College (A. A.) Southern Wesleyan University (B.A.) New Orleans Baptist Theological seminary (M. Div) and Luther Rice
Seminary (D. Min.)  He and his wife Ellen are natives of Iva, SC. They have three daughters, Joy Etheredge, husband-Chad, with children Addie, Landon, and Jackson; Julie Giordano and her husband Kevin with a daughter Ella Kate, and their youngest daughter Jessica Epp, husband-Ryan.

BOYD AMMERMAN, Minister Of Music
Boyd graduated from Baptist Bible Institute in December of 1983.  After graduating he served several churches in Florida and Alabama .  They moved to Fort Worth, Texas in January of 1985 so Boyd could attend Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary as a music major.    He graduated with his masters of music degree in December of 1987. 

March of 1988 the Ammerman’s moved to Asheboro, North Carolina .  He served as minister of music at The Cross Road Baptist Church .  He and his family lived there for ten years. 

In August of 1998 the Ammerman’s moved to Charleston, South Carolina to Serve here at Charleston Baptist Church.

He and Lisa have been blessed with a lovely daughter named Miranda Laura, and their son, Brandon Lynn. 

TONY BOWMAN, Minister of Youth
Tony has been the Youth Pastor at Charleston Baptist Church since October 1996.   He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.   Tony was a US2C Missionary from 1989 - 1992 in Panama City, Florida,

Tony and his wife Kathy have a daughter, Darby, and a son Dax.  Kathy is the Children's Director at CBC.

JIM YORK, Director of Technical Arts

Jim has been Director of Technical Arts at Charleston Baptist Church since January, 2003. He has been a member of CBC since 1998 and a Deacon since 2001.
He has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Charleston Southern University and has attended graduate school at CSU.  He is attending Luther Rice Seminary where he is pursuing a Masters in Divinity Degree.
Jim and his wife Peggy have two children, Lee & Betty, and six grandchildren.

IGNACIO HERRERA, Hispanic Minister

 After high school, he joined the Marine Corps were he served for 8 years.  By the end of his tour of duty he was also able to finish his studies at Biola University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.  He continued his theological training at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and earned a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages.  He has also gained experience serving as a student minister and associate pastor.He was born and raised in the heart of Texas (Dallas).  His parents are from Mexico.  His wife Shanira is from Panama, and they have a two young daughters, Shadia and Sharon.  He says their pastime has become watching Dora the Explorer and playing ring-around-the-rosy.  "Dios le bendiga"
