Sandra provides administrative support to the Senior Minister, Minister of Assimilation and Spiritual Growth, Minister to Children, and Associate Minister/Administrator. She compiles and processes church calendar, facilities, and vehicle requests; updates hospital and extended care facility visitation lists and the weekly prayer guide; performs administrative tasks for the deacons and committees; coordinates baptisms and baby dedications; compiles births, deaths, new memberships, and other statistical data necessary to complete the Annual Church Profile for the South Carolina Baptist Convention; assists with membership records and the website on an as needed basis; and submits information to the Media Team for the publicity loop and to the Publications Ministry Assistant for the weekly Worship Guide.

Sandra began ministering at Trinity in January 2000 and prior to that worked five years as the church secretary at her home church. She made her salvation decision as a teenager and following years of struggle, came into a personal relationship with Jesus as an adult. She has been married to Gene for 23 years with one son, Bryan (US Army) who is married to Jennifer and one daughter, Katy (college student) married to Brian Benac. She is blessed with three beautiful grandchildren: Austin, Zachary, Kameron Leigh (and # 4 due this fall).

 

Sandra's previous work experience includes administration, public relations, security, childcare, medical and the US Air Force.
